Can your business truly run without you?

As in...could you go on a 3 month-long vacation, with zero cell phone access, and still bring in plenty of money to feed your family and keep your business up and running?

If you aren't building an all-star team and engineering that team's celebrity, the answer is most definitely a big fat NO.

While there is so much push-back in the entrepreneurial world regarding team building, it is quite simply the only way to step away from your business while maintaining momentum and continuing to bring in profits.

A crucial piece of the team-building puzzle is setting your team members up as trustworthy experts, fully capable of stepping in and taking over. In order to do that, you need to intentionally engineer their celebrity, long before they are in a leadership role.

The conversation hasn't changed

As time goes by and platforms change, you would think that conversations would change as well. NOT THE CASE! The conversation hasn't changed. You still need to have the foundation, integrity, and consistency to get your audience to buy your products or services consistently.

These are still the pillars that were used 50 years ago in business, and the only difference is how and where you show up.

Become a category of ONE.

What we know for sure is when you step into a leadership position in your market, you become a category of one. Convictions without tactics will blend you into the sea of everyone that says they do what you do. You want to stand out in your market, and in order to do so, you need to go deeper with people and connect on a deeper level.

That is why today I want to spend some time talking about Spiritual Selling. If you know me or have followed me for a while, you know we coin our own phrases, and this one is something like that.

A client asked me last week what I do to prepare for open cart for our Live Launch (we have one starting TODAY, so make sure you are registered). This is where spiritual selling comes into place. You need to anchor in on spiritual-based selling instead of selling people into a program that they don't want.

It's all about perfectly combining tactical, strategic, and spiritual selling, so you get the best results with the work you are putting into it. Over the last few weeks, I've gotten so many questions about building a winning team and the key strategies around leadership. It's time to take out the trash.

As listeners of Unstoppable Success Radio, you put yourself in a space for 20 minutes every Monday to learn, grow, stretch yourself, and step into true leadership. The truth of the matter is that there are people that are going to see the brilliance in you for years into the future. What is the lifetime value of your customers?

What exactly does that mean? Do you think about the journey your customers are going to take once they enroll in your program? I spent a lot of my time when I started my business, opening dozens of programs, and stressing about finding new clients. However, in the last couple of years, I've changed my mindset around how I see the journey of each one of my clients.

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on how I structure my business and how you can ascend your current clients to make a bigger return on investment. This episode is going to be ESSENTIAL for you as you grow your business because I'm talking about cutting in half the amount of new clients you need to hit your goal.

Working on ascending your current clients into over 'levels' of your program allows you to build a relationship with your client, give you more time to perform transformations, and, most importantly, your clients will WANT to refer people to your program and spend more money on you.
