  • Money Series: Dispelling the "You Gotta Work REALLY Hard to Make Money" Myth
One myth about being rich that pops up everywhere—movies, TV, chatting with your friends—is that in order to be rich, you have to be working your butt off constantly, nose to the grindstone, with no real joy. And while that can be true for some people, it doesn’t have to be for you. I want to debunk the myth that you can only get rich through a constant grind, and show how you can actually fill up your bank account by taking it pretty easy.
In this latest episode of my Money Series, I lay out how you earning wealth can come as naturally as breathing once you settle into a good groove with something you love. And last but not least, a big thank you to @holistic_hanna on Instagram, who submitted our latest review of the week.

  • Money Series: Why You're Not Wealthy Yet
If you were in a relationship with someone who was bringing you down and holding you back from your full potential, you’d break things off, right? So why not do the same with whatever unhealthy, negative relationship you have with money! If you’re wondering why you still aren’t at the financial level you’d like to be, or feel that you’re missing something, this episode is for you. I’ve got loads of laser-focused advice for getting you into the wealth bracket you desire.
So for this next installment of my Money Series, I’m focusing on the reasons why you might not be at the level of wealth you want and getting you out of the old mindset that’s holding you back. And I also shout out listener and fellow Kelly, Kelly Potts, for her wonderful review of the week!

  • Money Series: How to Become a Magnet for Money
We’re at the 100th episode? Can you believe it?! Thank you everybody, new listeners and old, whose reviews, subscriptions and kind words have gotten me to this point. I’m raring to go on the next part of my money series, focusing on the mindset and tools that will put yourself out there an draw money to you like a porch light draws moths—except, unlike moths, you’ll want this company.
So for this landmark episode, I’m laying out the steps you need to follow to make earning money as easy as breathing. As well, a big, warm shout-out to Sylvia (@imsylviabeatriz on Instagram) for her review of the week.

  • Money Series: 4 Blocks that Keep You Broke
Sometimes what holds us back from achieving our vision isn't another person or our circumstances, but our own mindset. That’s right: your greatest obstacle might have been hiding inside you all along. Thankfully, however, this means that your real challenge is convincing yourself rather than someone else. For this second episode in my money series, I’m focusing on how to overcome the four big mental blocks that keep you broke and hold you back from creating the wealth you deserve.
In the next hour, I’ll help you up and over these obstacles, shine a spotlight on my five-star review of the week, and hammer in why you should seek out my Money Mindset course.

  • Money Series: How to Transform Your Relationship with Money
I ring in the new year this week by tackling the relationship you have with your personal wealth for the first in a multi-part series on money. Even though money is so important, we're rarely taught about personal finances in elementary or high school, so only relatively few of us graduate knowing what a healthy money mindset is like. If you didn’t receive a formal education in money management, don’t fret! I truly believe that one of the reasons I was put on this Earth was to help people rewrite their personal money stories.
So for this first episode of 2019, I explain how our dollar can be the most powerful vote we can cast, why you should own your desire to become rich, and break down my Money Mindset course. I also shout out Jamie from San Francisco, who is one of my first listeners and wrote this week’s five-star review!

  • Stacey Coplin on Tarot Reading & Honing Your Intuitive Skills

Intuition and good fortune are in the cards for today’s episode—Tarot cards, that is! Tarot reader and fellow Vancouver resident Stacey Coplin joins me to gab about her spiritual practices and how she’s used divine downloads to both lead herself down the right path and help others do the same. If you're into Tarot, brand new to the ritual, or just fond of all things spiritual and woo woo, Stacey and her readings will absolutely have something in store for you.

In this episode, Stacey discusses how her intuitive abilities have been fostered and honed throughout the years, suggests ways you can strengthen your own intuition, and even does a Tarot forecast for 2019! As well, we shout out @heartcoreholisticwellness on Instagram for their review of the week! This is the last week for our Giveaway promotion, so be sure to get your review in and leave your Instagram handle.

    About Stacey:

Stacey Coplin a Tarot reader who is keepin' it real, slanging card spreads to the people, all the while trying to heal whatever space in the world she occupies. She loves jalapeno margaritas, hand made pasta, paper crafts, and bad jokes! Tarot is her access point to the divine flow, and wouldn't ya know it, she can't wait to share it all with you! Her personal brand of intuitive tarot reading doesn’t rely on gendered stereotypes or believe in reading the cards as a party trick. She focuses on reading the cards with you, using the information you provide, to guide you effectively towards your healing and growth. Tarot allows us an insiders look to which cosmic strings are begging to be pulled, and some deeper shadow work we are being called to address and work through.

    In this episode, you'll learn:

    - Stacey endures Rapid Fire and explains why you should take precautions before burning sage.

    - What fostered Stacey’s interest in Tarot, her supernatural experiences as a child, and who mentored her along the way.

    - The unfortunate ways parents can discourage or redirect their children’s intuitive abilities.

    - Some of the unexpected skills Stacey has had to pick up while becoming a Tarot reader and the self-limiting beliefs she’s had to overcome along the way.

    - Debunking the idea that Tarot is “dark” and exploring how uplifting it actually is!

    - Stacey’s own validating methodology to Tarot and some of the rituals she uses in her readings.

    - The importance of resisting trendiness in Tarot and other spiritual practices.

    - Why honesty is the best policy when getting a Tarot reading done.

    - Stacey does her mini-reading for you listeners and yours truly going into 2019.

    - How Stacey receives and visualizes her divine downloads.

    - A few fun helpful strategies for strengthening your own intuition over time.

  • How to Stop Comparing Yourself to Other People

Instagram, Twitter, and basically every other social media site make it way too easy to get fixated on what other people are doing and what they’ve accomplished. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to look to others for guidance and inspiration, but it doesn’t help you to obsess over how you haven’t achieved as much or have as many followers or look as good… you can see how these thoughts only grind your journey to a standstill. Trust me, I’ve been there.

Since I’m not the only one who feels held back by self-comparison, I’ve come up with six handy tips that you can use to navigate these feelings whenever they become a problem. I also answer some listener questions and shine a spotlight on this week’s glowing review from Rachel M (@unravelingrachel on Instagram)!

    In this episode, you'll learn:

    - To figure out which accounts and profiles trigger you and why.

    - What are these people doing that you're not allowing yourself to do?

    - How are you going to commit to showing up and throwing yourself at the world?

    - Why you should avoid social media habits and follows that trigger you.

    - How not to beat yourself up about these feelings.

    - To shake things up rather than submit.

    - I take listener questions about comparing yourself to others and developing constructive friend circles.

  • How to Trust When It's Really Friggin Hard

We’re all familiar with external trust—like with friends, family or strangers—but a lot of times the trickiest thing can be trusting in yourself and knowing in your heart that you can achieve what you’ve set out to accomplish. This self-trust is really, REALLY important when you’re striking out on your own and lacking the support you’d otherwise have if you went down a more traditional job or life path. So if you find you’re doubting yourself too much, it can help to take a deep dive into trust, listen to the call you’ve been given, and practise real devotion to yourself.

In this episode, I break down which types of trust are healthy or harmful, how the universe can help you build it up, and why you need hope at the bare minimum. I also give a shoutout to Ange Severo from Great Britain, who provided this show with its review of the week. You can find Ange on Instagram @angesevero!

    In this episode, you'll learn:

    - About the different types of trust and how to tone your trust muscles.

    - How to divine trust by listening to the universe’s call.

    - That the universe dishes out its plan for you one step at a time.

    - The importance of trusting what’s in your heart in spite of your doubters.

    - Trusting out of fear vs. trusting calmly and with an open mind.

    - Why my life has taken a spiritual turn this year.

    - To trust in your own hope if you can trust in nothing else.

    - Building up the tenacity to get yourself to the two-year mark.

    - Why you need to listen to your heart and follow through.

  • 5 Myths That Hold You Back from Achieving Your Goals

So you’ve got these big plans: maybe it’s a small business, or a long-term artistic project. You know that once you get to them they’ll be life-changing and fun and leave you feeling fulfilled… but it’s just not the right time, or not everything’s in the exact perfect arrangement you need it to be. But here’s the truth: life will never be set up in the “perfect” way, and continuing to believe it will only keep you from pursuing the life you know is right for you.

In this episode, I’ll walk you through and debunk these pervasive myths and tell you why you need to go all in on your dreams right here and now. As well, I highlight this week’s five-star review courtesy of listener Mich!

    In this episode, I’ll debunk:

    - Myth #1: why you shouldn’t wait for all your ducks to be in a row before pursuing your goals.

    - Myth #2: how there’s never any definite moment when you’re “ready” to go to the next level.

    - Myth 3: why going for your goals won’t always feel the greatest.

    - Myth 4: accepting that success isn’t going to happen overnight and that you can’t Amazon Prime your dreams.

    - Myth 5: why you shouldn’t try going it alone and instead take advantage of the support available to you.

  • 6 Ways to Answer: "What Should I Do With My Life?" When You're Lost

Recently, I connected with a friend who’s uncertain about what to do with her life—a phase Old Kelly was way too familiar with. Whether it’s after college or between jobs, we all go through a period of not knowing how to use our talents or even what those talents are. Thankfully, the formerly doubtful Yours Truly-turned-successful life coach has just the plan you need to get through this foggy patch.

Through the six tips I provide in this episode, you’ll find clear strategies, hear some important guiding questions, and receive a little of that good old fashioned Kelly Trach love and support. As well, I highlight this week’s review courtesy of listener Kate from Poland (@ohpinkiepie on Instagram)!

    In this episode, you'll learn:

    - Why you shouldn’t be afraid of uncertainty and even embrace it.

    - About the letter Past Me wrote to her future self and how I’ve changed since.

    - Tip One: stop saying “I don’t know” and figure out what you do know.

    - Tip Two: hang out with people who do know what they want to do and love dong it.

    - Tip Three: create space for the universe to bring you the good vibes.

    - Tip Four: shake up your environment and seek out new experiences.

    - Tip Five: cut out the noise of your life.

    - Tip Six: ask yourself, what would you do if you had $40 million?
