We sign up for the class, join the gym, set the goal, and genuinely believe we’re going to follow through. But signing up and showing up at your highest level are two very different things. If you want extraordinary results, you have to be willing to tell yourself the truth about what those results require from you. The people who transform their lives aren't necessarily smarter or more motivated. They're the ones who show up consistently, week after week, to learn, practice, and apply coaching tools to their specific situations. The magic isn't in consuming more content - it is in the weekly rhythm of learning concepts, hearing them applied to real situations, and then implementing them in your own life. This three-part process of learning, repetition, and application is what creates real results. Today, I'm introducing The Weekly, a live coaching program where I'll introduce tools, coach participants on any topic, and create that essential weekly reset that keeps you moving forward. Whether you're ready to make aggressive life changes or just want to stay on track with subtle improvements, this program gives you the structure and support to make 2026 your most transformative year yet. Join me in The Weekly in 2026. You can sign up right now by going to TheLifeCoachSchool.com/theweekly. What You Will Discover: Why weekly engagement with coaching creates more lasting change than intensive one-time learning experiences. The three-phase process that turns concepts into life-changing results: learning, repetition, and application. How listening to others get coached on similar issues accelerates your own growth and understanding. Why group coaching often produces faster breakthroughs than one-on-one sessions. How to maintain motivation and momentum by creating a weekly reset practice. Featured on This Episode: Join me in The Weekly in 2026. When we set a goal, it’s easy to think that the best part will be achieving it. We imagine what life will be like when we finally get what we’ve been working so hard for. Despite what you might think right now, the process is the point. Listen in as I share how being in the early stages of goal achievement differs from the later stages or even from the subsequent goals you set. You’ll learn about the rarely-discussed downsides to achieving your goals, and why it’s so important to take time to be proud of what you’ve accomplished so far.

Some people choose entertainment during their commute or workouts. Some people choose to memorize concepts that transform their lives. This subtle shift in how we use our "bored" time can create extraordinary results over decades. In this final part of the Weekly series, I'm sharing the philosophy that drove my success: the power of ingraining life-changing concepts through repetitive listening. After 35 years of choosing coaching over music, self-help over entertainment, I've discovered that transformation happens not just through understanding ideas intellectually, but through hearing them applied over and over until they become part of your mental operating system. The Weekly offers you this same opportunity - 52 hours of live coaching application throughout 2026. You can sign up right now by going to TheLifeCoachSchool.com/theweekly. What You Will Discover: Why ingraining concepts through repetitive listening creates more lasting change than one-time learning. How to create your own mental "board of directors" using the wisdom of teachers you've studied. The critical difference between intellectual understanding and applied mastery of coaching tools. Why "I don't know" and "maybe" are dream stealers that keep you stuck in misery. How to evaluate worst-case scenarios from both your primitive brain and prefrontal cortex. One thing all successful people have in common is that they can do hard, really well. But the word “hard” is incredibly subjective, so what is hard? Tune in this week to learn about the stages of success and where learning how to do hard things comes into play. This episode gets you thinking about what hard means to you, how willing you are to experience it right now, and the kinds of challenges you need to overcome to get to where you want to go.
