For all my health and wellness advocacy, the honest admission is if I could, I’d take a pill for my ailments. I have some skin issues due to the many years and untold miles of bike riding as a pro cyclist in the sun with no sun protection. I have digestive issues that I work to manage, but are always there. I occasionally have shin splint pain from running. Instead of making the effort to cure these things naturally, I’d happily take a pill that allowed me to just go on my merry way. ⁣
