0-4 min : you know your body best, learning to listen to our bodies & reconnect with them instead of just doing what every practitioner or influencer says
5-10 min : what does the heart do? why is its role so important to overall health? making the complicated simple & also diving into the heart as the seat of emotion, choice, thought, & relationship
11-20 min : the problem with seeing the heart through two extremes — either it being wicked or it being an idol, ‘follow your heart’ ; how can we see our hearts rightly?
