Last chance, Soothers, to get early bird prices on An Introduction to Intentional Dating, so I'm popping in here mid-week to let you know before prices go up! In here I talk about the strategy of dating externally vs. using an internal strategy; how this course is different from other dating courses; and all the benefits you'll get by signing up, including a huge community of like-minded people going through the same experience as you.
Hope you'll sign up! While early bird prices close soon, doors to the course remain open until September 14 2020, which is when we start.

In today's podcast I'm talking about something I see most people struggle with in dating today without any awareness of it: core negative beliefs about dating.
In my eyes, there are three core beliefs that are holding you back from getting into a secure, successful relationship: a negative core belief about yourself; a negative core belief about dating or relationships themselves; and a negative core belief about the group of people you are hoping to date.
If you see yourself in one or all of these core beliefs, you'll want to sign up for my brand-new online course, An Introduction to Intentional Dating, which opens for purchase this coming Wednesday! Early bird rates are open this week, and prices go up September 1st, 2020. Doors to the course close September 14th, and we'll get started that same week.

In today's podcast, I'm back from hiatus, and I'm here to talk about dating: why we learn to do it backwards, why that's bad, and how to change it!
I go over my upcoming course, An Introduction to Intentional Dating, and all the elements and modules included it in: our subconscious beliefs and patterns that may be driving our dating lives; why we need to learn better emotional and nervous system regulation in order to date better; and how to discover and articulate our romantic values, the qualities we need in a partner, and more. I also give you an overview of my past dating life, how I moved from anxiety and shame and codependency to a healthy relationship with my boyfriend where we just celebrated our one-year anniversary.
This can happen for you, too. I promise.
The course starts in September; make sure to get on the waitlist for it here.
