Today made me a little emotional. Learning to work through our emotions as a young child allows us to except our older selves. This is something that I practice in my own family. Showing my daughter that it is ok to have emotions and show them! So, today's episode hit home for me.

I am talking with Jess Bubbico, she is a 4/6 Emotional Manifestor and human design and gene keys guide. But her passion is helping kids and parents learn to work through big emotions! She is a former pediatric speech pathologist turned author of the kids book "Jessi Lou & The Magic of You!".

Through this book she is helping kids identify their emotions and work through them. We are talking about:

• Tips on how to work through those emotions with your children
• The difference among generations and how we handle our emotions
• Understanding our emotions allows us to except ourselves so who we truly are

There are so many ways to find healing, Human Design is just one of them. My friend, Arin Fugate, is very passionate about essential oils after going through her own healing journey.

Arin is a Manifestor and grew up in a very spiritual upbringing, filled with meditation, prayer, and living off the grid. When she was a teenager, she found herself lost in the real world and the hardships that came along with it. As many people do, she turned to drugs and alcohol to ease her pain.

Until the day that Arin had a calling to do more with her life. She returned to her roots of prayer and yoga, asking for guidance. Through her prayer she heard a voice tell her that she needed to teach. Arin had no idea what her life was about to turn into!

After much practice, Arin found that the same essential oils that her mother loved would bring her healing. They became a passion and what Arin teaches about today!

How did Arin's teenage transformation affect her relationship with her mother?
How can essential oils heal?
What oils should you use based on your Human Design?

Arin would like to caution everyone that essential oils are not regulated. Don't buy from the mainstream stores. If you want the results that Arin is talking about, you need pure essential oils. Reach out to Arin and ask her any questions that you may have!

I recently listened to an interview of Megan Fox and she was talking about what her astrologist had recently told her. Let's just say it triggered something inside of me! So I am bringing my friend Eir Atla onto the show to talk about it.

Eir is a medical astrologist who offers healing through the mind, body, and soul. She uses astrology to help see what is going on within the body and how to fix it.

Astrology can be a wonderful tool when looking at your life. It can look at what may happen in your life, but it is not a destiny! Eir is sharing her thoughts on how some astrologists are treating it is set in stone. She wants you to know, yes it is in your chart, but you can change it. You have the freewill to create your own destiny.

We are talking about:
