Join us in Apple Park as we discuss WWDC and being a woman in tech! Specifically, the app space. Lizzie Brown founded Yoga Wake Up, an app designed to harness our use of technology in a way that can ease us into our days, add movement and impact our overall wellness. All that, in just minutes. Big Tech can have a bad rep, but how we use it can truly be the way we change our relationship with it, especially with positive impact. Learn how Lizzie took an idea into an app model, supports yoga creators and has found the sweet spot in tech alongside wellness.

I’ll never forget when a doctor said to me that my symptoms COULD be signs that menopause is coming. I was floored. And clueless. When exactly does menopause start? What does it look like? What do I need to be aware of? Is my sex life DOOMED when it comes? We breakdown all the common questions, the unknowns and the new ways we can look at menopause, understand it, and even find community in this seemingly taboo topic (because why aren’t we talking about it?)

When being diagnosed with a chronic illness at age 11, that certainly shaped Gigi into who she is today and how she shows up not only for others with invisible illnesses, but to speak to KIDS about it too. She wrote a book for kids on chronic illness, is a photographer, model (ahem, sports illustrated swim model) and has been featured in Bustle, Business Insider, Forbes & Vogue Business. This is one Gen Z that’s looking to change the way we show up, and how we view invisible illness.

One of our top guests ever is back! Nicole Breanne came on The Papaya Podcast a couple years back to share her story of her divorce and finding love again. A big part of that story was the friendship that got her through. Now, she’s back to share vulnerably something that so many of us have experienced but rarely have the space to talk about - what happens when a friendship changes, shifts, or even ends? Why is navigating friendship pauses and breakups so taboo? Why is it always drama? Is there a better way? Nicole’s thoughtful approach to the entire conversation is not to be missed.

If you saw Ceci on social media, you probably wouldn’t guess or even imagine this mother of 6 and the reality that was her life before. That’s because Ceci Hendrickson grew up in a cult where it was all she knew. She was married, had children, but had nagging questions along the way about the constant changing rules and her reality inside a cult. Listen as Ceci shares her incredible story of breaking free from the cult, regaining custody of her children and building a life of freedom for herself and her family, and how she inspires other women to find freedom in their own lives, too
