    Because guess what? Most frustration and feelings of being stuck come from not knowing ourselves deeply enough in the first place.

    So the question is, how do we get this kind of clarity? That's what we're talking about today.

    Our guest is Ryan Bush. He is a designer and thinker focused on building better systems, better people, and a better future. He is a practical philosopher, founder of Designing the Mind, and author of the forthcoming book, “Become Who You Are: A New Theory of Self-Esteem, Human Greatness, and the Opposite of Depression.”
