Today on our "monthly break" from Q&A, we talked about a challenge we are putting on for coaches.

Recently the crippling overwhelm and comparison to other coaches has affect quite

a few mentee's that we work with.

Therefore, we came up with a 30 day content challenge for coaches to give them a kick up the ass, and get momentum and action taking to a whole new level.

It is completely FREE and any coach can join.

We kick off on the 30th June.

How would you help a client who seemingly "can't get her head in the game". She wants to lose weight but finds herself drinking more alcohol in the evenings than she'd like. We've revisited her goals, she's led her action steps to move forward with, but most weeks she feels like she isn't moving forward as much as she would like and gets frustrated with herself. 

Leveraging your reputation on the gym floor

How do you do marketing on the gym floor if its a pretty quiet gym and most people already know who you are?

Should you always include CTAs in all of your marketing emails and insta posts or should you look to just provide more value in some emails without asking for anything. 

Bit of feedback on booking client sessions. Some clients want to know my availability in advance, but its hard for me to provide it as my schedule can change depending on clients who work shifts. I considered using a booking system for them to use and book their own sessions, but that will make my schedule an absolute chaos. Is there a middle ground to this?

Successful ways to make leads into conversions

I'm finding some of my clients aren't replying to their check in feedback given friday dinner until like saturday/sunday when I aren't working. Then I'm replying and going against my working hours but I feel like I can't ignore them. Any Advice on how to handle it?

Am I better off using my time to do gym floor lead gen or online lead gen if I'm a gym floor PT trying to go fully online.

what's the best way to get people in a community chat to support eachother more and gee each other 

I have a client who has a super busy work schedule. She manages to get her sessions done but has admitted she becomes lazy when it comes to her nutrition. She sometimes doesn't stop for a lunch break and some days she'll get home from work at 11pm/midnight. Some nights she'll eat when she gets home but has admitted that most of the time she can't be bothered to cook / eat. Some days she only consumes 600-700 calories but isn't phased by this and says she's 'just not hungry' 

How would you approach this?
