Welcome to THE PICKLE JAR PODCAST...Jill is excited to share more details about her return to work. 6 weeks back at work to support herself financially and to battle her mental health. Learning from her past experience of work and complete physical exhaustion and how it led to her first major adrenal crisis Jill has put into place TOOLS to help her to work and avoid a crisis.
It is just not about the steroids...it is organization, communication, help, nutrition, rest and so much more Jill recognizes she needs in order to work. Her job is to provide her with a much-needed outlet to minimize the PTSD of emotional abuse and isolation. It is also helping her prepare for the next in her life as her children continue to grow and require a different relationship with their mom.
