"The Professor" Chats HYROX (Brent Fikoski Interview!)

speak with the incredible Brent Fikowski. At the most recent CrossFit Games, Brent finished in 4th spot. That was his 8th

appearance at the Games, and he’s podiumed in 2 of those. He is a truly elite level athlete who has performed at the highest level for numerous years. Brent was GREAT to speak with – he’s a very intelligent, thoughtful and interesting guy. In this chat we cover his mindset, his background, the traits he sees in the top performers in sport, his work in running the Professional Fitness Athletes Association (PFAA) and lots more. He’s not (yet!) done a HYROX but his potential, should he ever decide to, is absolutely massive, and there is so much I think that we can learn, in the HYROX community, from someone like this.
