We are in a different world, and things are not what they used to be in construction. Now more than ever, we need to communicate and be transparent with our clients. Be open, honest, and transparent about what is happening

-Price Increases
-Timing
- Lack of labor - Hurricane Ian created a lack of labor because our subs lost employees
Price increases will happen; let them know before starting the build
Get ahead of this and set the expectation
Shop pricing and show that you are working for the client.
Show them you are trying to negotiate the best pricing for them.
Be honest about your timelines and what you can and can’t get done
