Nicky Edwards is a physiotherapist and women’s training advocate. In this episode we discuss how to manage training as women, why strength training is SO important, how to use your cycle to get the most out of your training and how to manage training through the menopause.
Although some men wouldn’t think this episode is for them I would encourage them to do so, to further understand the sport and their knowledge to help support their peers and partners.
An interesting episode, where it does get deep and personal at times, but these are topics which don't often get spoken about and we're here to open up the conversation.
