Listen up, because yesterday's call with one of my one-on-one clients was an absolute game-changer. She had what I'd call a 'come to Jesus' moment. It might sound dramatic, but it's spot on. Let’s dive into the evening edition of romancing the heck out of your life.

Firstly, in your house, I bet there are things you’re saving for ‘best’. Well, guess what? Best is now. That cutlery, dress, china, those fancy tablecloths, the plush duvet covers – use them now. When I embraced this in my life, everything changed. A side note: since moving from the UK to Turkey last year, everything in my home is the best, and I use it every single day. It makes me feel like an empress, a queen. You should do it too.

Secondly, you don’t have to splurge a fortune, unless you want to. Light those candles, especially that fancy one your aunt gave you years ago. Let its aroma – or ‘throw’ as they call it – envelop your room.

And here's a good one: every meal you prepare for yourself, do it with love and intention. Pour your heart into your cooking because it infuses the food with energy, which then nourishes your body. By treating yourself like an empress, like a queen, you take ownership of your life in the most empowering way.

Fluff those pillows, straighten the duvet, and make it look exquisite, fit for the Empress you are (your surroundings matter!)

🌅Next up, the night before, you would have laid out your supplements, your morning drink (coffee or tea), and your clothes for the day. There is nothing worse than faffing about in the morning thinking about what to wear (what a complete waste of your precious energy).

Everything is set out for you because you're romancing the shit out of life. You just go to the kitchen, take your supplements, and enjoy your coffee without rushing around. Ah.. can you feel the peace and calm.

🌅Lastly, play some elegant music in the background. Sure, I love a good rock tune in the gym to lift me up, but what about the mornings? I've found that elegant music like classical, or opera tunes bring me to a grounded, peaceful state. It soothes my mind and gives me the sense of more space, and space is what you need so that think more clearly and with more clarity.

I've spent over 30 years in the health and wellness industry, and I've gathered some invaluable insights, especially about embodying main character energy and being a high-value woman who prioritizes health and wellness. Here are my top 10 takeaways:

1. Posture is Everything: Owning a Pilates studio for 25 years taught me the transformative power of posture. When you improve how you hold your body, everything else changes too.
2. Muscle Building: As muscle mass naturally decreases with age, it’s crucial to build it. Hit the gym and focus on strength training.
3. Move Daily: Whether it’s walking, stretching, swimming, or yoga, make movement a daily habit.
4. Aches and Pains: They’re normal but get worse if you don’t move. Stay active to manage discomfort.
5. Hydration: Aim for two liters of water a day. Staying hydrated is key for overall health.
6. Post-Workout Wind Down: After a gym session, spend at least 10 minutes cooling down to help balance the chemicals and hormones in your body.
7. Just Do It: Like brushing your teeth or doing the dishes, exercise might not always be enjoyable, but it’s necessary. The stronger your muscles and joints, the better your body will age.
8. Foot Care: Your feet carry you every day and have 26 bones each. Keep them active with stretches, flexes, and circles.
9. Strong muscles: Equals strong joints, perfect to keep your body moving as you age.
10. Consistent Exercise for Energy Flow: Regular exercise helps to move energy through your body, essential for feeling unstuck and vibrant.
