It is a privilege to bring you today this interview with Dr. Roger Gietzen, MD, a practicing neurologist who currently works in a hospital setting and runs his own private practice on the side, Healthy Mind Body, where he serves people who are suffering from medically unexplained chronic symptoms like chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic dizziness. Dr. Roger uses many of the same mindbody techniques we discuss here on my channel, with the addition of spiritual practices and physical interventions such as deliberate cold exposure that he has found helpful for his patients.

In this interview, we focus on chronic dizziness, POTS and dysautonomia, where conventional neurology fails to help patients, why mindbody approaches are helpful, why adding a spiritual dimension makes sense to him, and why he sometimes recommends physical interventions that he finds helpful, particularly for people with dysautonomia and POTS.
