You've heard the phrase, what you focus on, is what you get.  

And that is exactly right.

It's so true.

The more we focus on what we want to bring in, the more we focus on how our life will be, the more we focus on the woman that we want to be, the quicker it will start coming into your reality.

Because what you focus on is what you get.

Now, this can be our enemy, or it can be our best friend.

And I say enemy, because if you're focusing on the things that you don't want right now, if you're focusing on the things that you don't have, if you're focusing on the things that you don't want in your life, guess what, you'll bring more of that in.

So today, I want you to make the decision that you focus on all the things you do want.

All the things that you want to bring into your life, all the things you want to be all the things you want to do. All the things that you want to have, the places you want to go, the people you want to meet, the things you want to see.

Focus on those.

And the moment that that focus grows stronger and stronger, and you're scripting every day, creating the plot of your dreams, the more the universe is going to hear.

You start vibrating in a different energy.

You start stepping into the person that already has that.

Because you believe that you can, you know what that you can and you trust that you can. So what do you want, that's what I want you to focus on.

Not your reality right now. Because it merely is your reality right now. It doesn't have to be your reality for the rest of your life.

You can change that.

You can change the focus and change the trajectory now. Feel it coming into your body, seeing yourself as that person that you are dying to be focused on her.

Focus on your new reality, your new goals, your new dreams, your new aspirations, your new life. It's not too far away, it's never too far away. And the more that you concentrate on what you want, rather than what you don't want, you will start to see the shifts, you will start to open the RAS system, you will start to see the opportunities that potentially have been knocking on your door since day dots.

Focus on what you do want right now, today.

So what is it?

What is it that you want? Who is it that you want to be? What do you want to do? What do you want to have?

Every day, tap into that reality. Tap into that visualisation, that picture, that dream, that goal. Make it yours.

Because you can because you decide, because you know, because you trust!

You can’t get the most of your visibility strategy online if you don’t know who you are being visible for. Getting inside the minds of your ideal clients is one of the BEST things I did for my business and has allowed me to become fully booked, in demand, and incredible comments like ‘your post is ME’. 

2. Where are your clients hanging out?

Knowing where your clients are hanging out is vital to your visibility strategy. A lot of my clients believe and stress they need to be on Instagram but actually, in hindsight, it’s NOT where their clients are. They spend so much time and effort in creating videos/reels/content to find they are just speaking to other coaches trying to sell to them and not their ideal clients. 

3. Bring your energy and create a feeling.

People buy from you because of the way you make them feel and in turn you have something to offer that they need. How do you want people to feel when they come onto your social media platform? What aspiration can you create for them? How can you stand in your superpower so it allows them to stand in yours?

A question I get asked a lot from my beautiful clients, is how can they still add value to their ideal clients but also talk about their services.   

This question IS the question they ask but if I dive deeper, the underlying question here is…

1. How do I talk about my services without being ‘salesy’?

2. How do I value enough so people don’t think I am just selling to them all the time?

3. How do I stand as the expert when I have all this imposter syndrome showing up?

4. Will anyone buy, if I do talk about my services?

5. Does anyone want my services?

6. If I start offering my paid services will I push people away?

This is time for you to reflect.

And all the things that you've been through from all the ups and all the downs, you know that there is an important lesson in every single one of these things, an important lesson that can stick with you and stay with you forever.

Because every day you get to grow, grow as a person and grow as a friend, grow as a lover, grow as you.

So today, take some time to reflect, reflect on just how much you have achieved, just how much you achieve every single day.

The small, the big, the massive, the tiny, all these important parts of the puzzle that make you, you. Spend some time today to celebrate you, celebrate what you've done, because you're worth it.

If you are struggling to bring in that juicy flow of consistent clients, you’re not alone. So many female business owners with big dreams and goals deal with the same thing (how do I know - because I was there too 🙋🏼‍♀️)

1. They stopped looking for the HOW ❓

Constantly wanting to know ‘the how’ can seriously trip you up, stop you in your tracks, and completely allow you to get in your own way. Think of the last client you signed, did you know the EXACT time, date, reason, post, message they would send in order for you to sign them. Absolutely not. Bring it away from the how and move to the belief that it’s already on the way.

The moment you get so clear on who the ideal clients are for you, not just their pain points and desires, their objects and wants, but also how they are as people, you start to call in the right clients for you.

3. They asked for the sale 💸

One of the biggest changes in my business with both revenue and growth was when I started asking for the sale. Your followers, community, warm leads are not mind readers and if you are not asking for the sale you are doing them a disservice. You are here to help them, guide them, teach them and they won’t know that until you make them aware.

4. They showed up as if it was already happening 🍾

Oh higher self, how I love you so. In order to shift to the right vibrational level, the quickest and easiest way is to pretend it’s already happening. Book the time out in your diary ready for that new client, imagine & script them booking their discovery call and saying yes, show up every day in your business knowing you already have those consistent clients. How different would you turn up then?

Remember - what you focus on is what you get? If you focus on the fact you don’t have consistent clients, guess what, YOU WON’T HAVE CONSISTENT CLIENTS.

1. I pushed through my fears of judgement.

Moving from a career as a professional performer into a mindset coach was a BIG SHIFT for me. I was forever playing another character and now I get to be me. This bought MANY a fear up but I KNEW that my message, my knowledge, and my passion was ALWAYS bigger than the fear of people judging me. Never let the message on your heart get stopped by the fears you have! 

2. I show all of me! (when I am ready)

There is this weird thing online that we shouldn’t share our behind-the-scenes, our life, our breakthroughs, our weird habits but sharing these (to an extent) is such a powerful way of JUST BEING YOU online. You don’t start questioning yourself each time you show up on stories, you just show what you want to show, helping you build the know, like, and trust factor and allowing your ideal clients to see you are a human too! 

3. I took away the ‘I must’ ‘I should’ ‘I have to’

The moment you start using these words in your biz, is the moment you need to STOP and take a look at what’s going on. Must, should and have to are words that are usually coming from an external factor. I show up because I decide I want to, or I don’t show up because I decide I want to. Not because X Y or Z has told me to. 

IT’S YOUR BUSINESS! 

You are allowed to make the rules. You have a message you want to share. You get to decide! 

Ready to say buh-bye to waiting for someone else to do the work for you, being scared of putting yourself out there or scared of leaving your comfort zone and saying hello to killing it in your business, showing up unapologetically, selling your offers, sharing your message and doing what is aligned to you whilst making money.

Have to, Should,

Must...

All of these words are external to us, external from us, trusting ourselves, trusting you.

When we look outside of ourselves, when we stop listening in to how we want to show up, who we want to be, how we want to be every single day, whether in your business, whether online, and we start actually looking from within, listening from within, trusting from within.

That's where the magic is.

So right now, I want you to stop, stop where you are.

And ask yourself, what do I want in this moment?

Because you know what?

You get to decide,

How do I want to show up every single day?

How do I want to show up online?

How do I want to show up for my business?

How do I want to show up for my friends, for my family, for my loved one, you get to decide that.

You get to decide every single day.

And I know I say this often. But it truly comes back to the thoughts that you have, the thoughts that you have about yourself, how you want to feel, and who you want to be.

Only you can decide how you feel.

Yes, other people might have ways in which they want you to feel or you think you should feel.

But actually, it all comes back to you.

So from today, you get to decide that. You get to decide how you feel, you get to decide how you show up.

You get to decide how you think, how you behave, how you act, how you are every single day.

And I'll tell you what,

The moment that you move away from that, the moment that you look externally, the moment that you start listening to other people rather than listening to yourself.

That's when you start to feel misaligned.

So trust you.

Trust your intuition.

Trust your gut.

Trust that you have the answers inside and magic will start to happen.

“I want to be selling my services with confidence and talk about them regularly online”  

Before I start working with clients they get a journal prompt document sent to them. 

One of the things I see come up, again and again, is they want to be confident with their services and be able to talk about them online. 

A big shift for me and my business was when I ACTUALLY started talking about my services, how you can work with me, and what the transformation looks like because yes, we can give all this value and show up online but if you are not talking about your services, how do people know they can work with you?

So when you have this MASSIVE mission on your heart, why is it so difficult to talk about your services?

Here is a couple I see…

1. Imposter Syndrome 

2. Fear of Judgement 

3. Fear of People Not Buying 

4. Perfectionism 

5. Unsure of Offer & of Price

I am sure you could add to this list. 

But I will tell you now, the first place I started was with the belief that I COULD sell my offers, I COULD talk confidently about my offers and people WILL buy!

We all have a mission on our heart.

We all have moments in our life where the message and the mission don't feel quite right.

But every time you tap into your values, you seek out what feels right to you.

You speak about things that align to you in your life. And you get so clear on what lights your soul, what fills your cup. And at that moment, at that moment, you need to stand and say,

"This is me, this is my message, this is my mission."

Because a lot of the time, we can get stuck.

We can get stuck in our own limiting beliefs.

We can get stuck in comparing ourselves, we can get stuck in thinking that other people's messages must be the same as ours.

I should do what she's doing.

I should speak how she's speaking, I should show up like she's showing up.

But actually, that's misaligning with yourself.

And the moment that you tap into what it looks like for you, is the moment that it will feel right.

It will feel right when you turn on the camera.

It will feel right when you talk about your services.

It will feel why when you're creating your products, your packages, creating the business of your dreams.

And each time you look back within for the answers, they will be there.

I promise they will be there.

We don't need to look externally for the answers.

We don't need to copy externally for the answers because the answers are already within.

So listen.

Listen to that mission to that message to that purpose to that drive that's on your heart.

Know that you already have all the answers you need within you the confidence you need within you.

You just have to tap into it.

Tap into it with your heart and soul, align it with you align it with your life.

Put on your blinkers face forward and know that this is your mission.

Your mission to spread your message to spread your love, no one else's.

And just know that every single time you tap into what aligns with you and ask yourself for the answers.
