In this episode of Untidy, Hannah and Matty talk to Steph Campbell, the founder of Clover Ferments about her incredible story to heal her daughter’s extreme food allergies. Steph was forced to undertake 18 months on a total elimination diet whereby she ate only lamb, leek and green beans to keep her daughter out of hospital who reacted dangerously to any other foods Steph ingested whilst breastfeeding.

This led Steph on a journey to discover a way to heal her daughter with the support of other mums around the world experiencing similar difficulties. Steph started to use an anaerobic fermentation process to produce tonics that miraculously cured Clover’s intolerances within only one month. From this, Steph developed her business ‘Clover Ferments’ and has been able to help people heal their gut issues and resolve many food intolerances and inflammatory skin conditions.
