Today I’m sharing my most vulnerable conversation yet as I open up on a whole new level about what’s been happening behind the scenes in my life and business. Not knowing what it was, I had been carrying a heaviness like a ball of energy weighing me down, and in this episode, I’m sharing some of my deep lessons and realisations of the past one hundred plus days of travel.

Something incredibly significant happened to me on the New Moon in March. I share about a physical, energetic and spiritual purge I experienced that night which helped me to release the heaviness I was carrying and let go of what no longer serves me. 

One major realisation I’ve had is that I had an attachment to travel and the results of my business. I had this insane expectation that when I was travelling, my brand and my business would blow up and have more influence than ever. I talk really honestly about how I thought things would unfold and the reality of what has actually happened in terms of cash flow, frustration, and the impact on my relationships. 

I share about my travel adventures being cut short due to the pandemic and how I was trying to recreate the same magic again. Now, I know that my heart isn’t there anymore and I talk about understanding that it’s okay to want something different. Dreams can shift and change so it’s about being in touch with your energy around these things. 

For me, I know that the digital nomad itch has been scratched and my heart longs to be home based.There will always be cycles in business and I talk about leaning into the ebb and flow, gleaning wisdom from those times and that sometimes it’s about going back to basics. 

I also share really honestly about the frustration and challenges that have risen in my relationship with my husband while being in each other’s energy 24 7 and what I’m looking forward to when we’re back home in Australia. 

This is a huge episode where I really lay things bare and talk so deeply about life, business, relationships, the ups and downs and everything in between. I didn’t expect to feel this way at the end of my travels, but I’m giving myself permission to let go, move on and embrace what is new. I hope this episode is going to inspire you to be real with where you’re at and share openly about the things that are real in your world.
