Henderson's debut book, Troubled: A Memoir of Foster Care, Family, and Social Class explores his experiences in foster care, military service, education at elite universities, and the development of the "luxury beliefs" concept. This concept examines how ideas held by the upper class may inadvertently harm those less privileged.
