More is lost through indecision than is lost through making the wrong decision. – Tony Soprano In your life time you have lost more through not being willing to make a decision than if you have made the wrong decision and a few things didn’t turn out ok. You’ve missed opportunities in your professional life whether career or your own business. You’ve missed personal opportunities to grow which in turn would have served you well in other areas of life. You’ve missed amazing friendships and relationships simply because you wouldn’t or couldn’t make the decision to jump and have a go at something. Ben Roberts Smith once famously said “The most important thing when faced with making a tough decision, is to make one.” The problem is perception. You don’t realise the cost behind indecision because you’re not aware of the amazing opportunities you’ve missed out on. You’re not luckier or unluckier than anyone else. You either make decisions and take the chance to create something good or you choose safety and never make a decision which means life happens to you and mostly because of those creating their world due to making decisions. It’s a vicious cycle which ultimately you control. Make a decision.
