Today's podcast is for anyone who has already launched their online course or signature program, or for anyone who wants to launch but isn't there yet. I'm diving into 11 mistakes you might be making with your online course launches and what you really need to focus on in order to make more sales, make creating your assets faster, and ensure you're launching your online course in the right way.
Just one note before you listen though: perfection is a unicorn: if doesn't exist (and I've made maaaannyyy of these mistakes along the way) - so the point is never to make things perfect before you get started, the right way to launch or do anything in your online business is to do it, rather than get paralysed and never get started because you're trying to do it all, and trying to do it all perfectly.
So many of us are running our online businesses in between naptimes, 9 - 5s and patient consults - so done is always going to be better than perfect.
