Men (and women) of a certain age are very set in their ways. Seldom do they want to veer from what’s comfortable and they fall into the trap of “my way is the only way.”

Staying in that comfort zone, however, prohibits growth and will limit their chances of having a meaningful relationship. I don’t know too many women who want to be with a guy who won’t budge on expanding their interests or making changes to their lifestyle.

This isn’t leadership…it’s selfishness.
