An episode on the beauty (and need) to JOURNAL. Time for us to jump over all the hurdles and encourage our human to finally heal & grow with a pen in hand. It's important to note that there is no "right" way to journal and that it is a deeply personal, soulful, and flexible practice. I also want to encourage us to develop a habit of journaling daily, even if it's just a few minutes a day, which can also make the process more manageable, sustainable, and enjoyable.
