Someone reminded me this week of our much watched video about why it’s important in coaching to talk to the person in front of us more than the problem - or, as I call them, the wavy people. Let’s recognise that there are many situations at work and in life where we need to pay more attention to - and turn up the volume on the voices that are already present and that are not being heard.
