A lot of my clients right now are really aware of so-called recession and financial downturn. With rising interest rates, the housing market and so many uncertainties, all these things can cause stress and anxiety about the future.

Someone whose philosophy on money, wealth, and finance I really love and respect is my amazing husband and business partner, Michael Poon. Michael’s perspective is really different to mine, which I’m so thankful for. He’s very grounded in structure which enables the flow of money and incredible wealth in our business.

The only complaint I have from you when Michael comes on the show is that you want to hear MORE! So, in this episode, Michael’s back to talk more details about our wealth strategy, our thoughts on the recession and how we continue to dream big no matter what’s happening in the world. 

Michael shares his advice about preparing for tax time, which is something so many entrepreneurs get caught out on. He talks about how and why we use credit cards in the business, his perspective on good debt and bad debt, and what we do with our surplus cash.

We also talk about superannuation, and how we think about investing, which leads us into the conversation of retirement planning. Our perspective is, why wait to enjoy the fruits of our labour? We are designing the life we want to live NOW!
