In this podcast, I decided to jump into an area I've created a decent amount of isolated content and put it into one place. I go into a bit of depth, but not complete depth into three mechanisms of muscle growth - from the classic "muscle damage" to metabolic stress. Knowing this information can easily help us understand how to create training programs that aren't centered around old fashioned thinking - something I'll certainly touch on more, in the future.
