Tom Brady is an American football quarterback, one of only two players in NFL historu to have won five Super Bowls, and he is the only plater to have won them all with a single franchise!
However, Tom got injured which he described as the most challenging time in his whole career. Never giving up, Tom looked and reevaluated his lifestyle by planning a positive outlook for it. Tom made his body healthier by changing his lifestyle and fitness, giving importance to hydration, diet and sleeping patterns.
