Richard Moss is an internationally respected leader in the field of inner transformation, subtle body-mind dynamics, and living a path of conscious relationships.
In 1977, Richard was a practicing medical doctor when he experienced a spontaneous spiritual illumination that awakened him to the multi-dimensional nature of human consciousness. This realization profoundly transformed his understanding of the roots of emotional suffering, and inspired him to explore the almost limitless human potential for growth and healing.
Impelled by this opening, he released the practice of medicine to devote his life to mentoring individuals and couples whose lives have brought them to the point where they hunger to explore the mystery of their being. Whether called to his work by their soul’s yearning to awaken and grow, or impelled by a health, career, or relationship crisis, his comprehensive and evolutionary approach to healing and forging loving relationships has transformed the lives of tens of thousands of people.
He is particularly renowned for the innovative, experiential nature of his workshops and longer retreats that offer individuals direct experience of life-changing states of consciousness and provide them with very effective models and practices for on-going personal growth.
He guides seminars and retreats in North and South America, Europe, and Australia, and is available for private mentoring for individuals at his home in Colorado. He has published 7 seminal books on his visionary approach to human evolution which have been translated into 6 languages.

Many types of fungi live in and on the human body, including the genus of yeasts known as Candida.
Candida is typically found in small amounts in the mouth and intestines and on the skin.
At normal levels, the fungus is not problematic & the healthy bacteria in your body keep Candida levels under control. However, if healthy bacteria levels are disrupted or the immune system is compromised, Candida can begin to overproduce.

Sarah Irwin is a respected and well-known intuitive mentor, healer, and yoga instructor from small town Ontario, Canada. Having her intuitive gifts noticed early in childhood, her abilities to sense earth, human and man-made energies became second nature to her. After disconnecting from her gift as she entered her teen years, it wasn’t until the separation from her husband in 2015 when she began seeking out ways to heal herself from the inside out. Her soul searching and intuition guided her to her first Shamanic training in Massachusetts where at the same time she completed her Yoga Alliance Certified 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Feeling truly alive and experiencing firsthand the correlation between her own healing and the healing of her family surrounding her, she began her mission; empowering others to become their best, most authentic versions of themselves. In the past year Sarah has spoken at Women's Wild(her) events, lead yoga classes at festivals, and assisted Fire Walk Ceremonies internationally.
Being a witness to her family and friends battles with mental health, and while experiencing PTSD symptoms herself, Sarah has actively taken a role helping end the mental health stigma. She is continuously involved in various events raising awareness for Mental Health and the importance of self-care. If your wanting to catch a yoga class Sarah currently teaches weekly out of Shakti Rhythm Yoga Studio in Kincardine, Ontario.

A lifelong athlete, Lauren quickly fell in love and found success in the Bikini Division of bodybuilding. She quickly rose to elite status and competed for two years as an IFBB Pro, competing both years at the prestigious Olympia. Lauren’s passion for health and fitness was a driving force behind coaching, however, she recognized a need for change within the industry to promote true and sustainable health for both competitors and lifestyle clients. Lauren believes health is a term comprised of many facets. She measures true health by things that cannot be measured on the scale and her coaching incorporates mind, body and soul. Her philosophy is, “the best diet is the diet you can adhere to. This is about creating a sustainable lifestyle, not a quick fix. The less you restrict yourself and the more you include, the more successful you will be. I love watching clients become so empowered through nutrition that it creates a ripple effect and extends to other areas of their life. Diet is so much more than what we put in our mouths, it’s what we put between our ears too.

As Johnathan worked hard to change his physical body, he developed a passion for lifting weights. This is the basis of his business Mint Conditioning; where mint refers to the state of excellence we can all achieve and conditioning means not only the physical aspects of training, but the cognitive discipline and diligence it takes to support your overall improvement.
He believes it's a journey where body, mind, heart and soul are interlaced and interactive.
With 15 years of training experience, Johnathan has experience in modalities like powerlifting, powerbuilding, bodybuilding and athletic training. Now he's transition to calisthenics training as a way to move better & live longer.
