One in four families experience infant loss and in this episode I share part of my experience.
*Trigger warning: Today I'm talking about infant loss, and want to give this warning for anyone who has experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss.
In this episode I share my approach to having honest conversations with my children about a sister they never met or knew. I discuss the level of emotional growth that you give your living kids when you honor and respect them enough to tell them the truth about the loss that your family experienced is huge. I encourage you to give your kids the gift of exploring what it feels like to normalize feelings of confusion and grief and loss.
If you have experienced loss and need someone to sit with, that is what my complimentary connection calls are for.

In the final re-release from our back to school series, I discuss why kids behave one way at school and a different way at home. I take you inside your child's brain and body as they start something new. Big transitions take BIG energy. Learn why they are out of resources when they come home to you at the end of a long daycare, preschool, or Kindergarten day.

Do you want your kids to do what they say they're going to do? And without nagging?
I share a personal story in this episode about the need as parents and caregivers to fuel the inner spark for kids to have their own motivation to do what they say they are going to do. Motivation to achieve must come from within and that starts from a young age. I also provide scripts you can use with your kids to help motivate them without nagging!
