I really enjoyed my conversation with the lovely Samora Suber - a certified Self-Exploration/Life Coach and Yoga Instructor based in Los Angeles, CA.

In this episode, I touch on the expectations of this capitalist holiday - how celebrating love is fun, as long as you realize it is more than okay to be single.

I explain the difference between being "alone" vs. being "lonely."

I also go more in depth on what I believe the true meaning of self-love is. Treating yourself on dates and facials make up a good time, but if you're constantly being self-degrading - is that really self-love?

Remember to not be so hard on yourself. Self-love is a lifelong process - a work in progress.
