I get a ton of questions about what a 12 step program is and how to work one. I'm not sure I have the answer to that, but I can share what has worked for me along the way and what I have learned. Having a sponsor and working a program has been huge for me in taking my recovery and my life to the next level, and I know it can do the same for you. All you have to do is just show up and do the work.
