What is ego? It's defined as: A person's sense of self-esteem or self-importance.

The fact is that we all have an ego to some extent. I have an ego. You have an ego. It's just the way we are wired. The battle for me is becoming more conscious of it, and realizing that in order to have freedom and peace, I need to be completely honest with myself, recognize and admit when my own ego is starting to be a factor in any given situation I might deal with throughout the day. Today I dive into this somewhat taboo topic, and also read some emails and reviews from listeners.
