It’s making big decisions when you’re not sure how things will turn out. It’s sticking with it, even when life doesn’t go to plan. These are the parts of business people don’t often talk about but they matter the most.

Building a business isn’t just about strategy, skill or systems.  It’s about stamina. The ability to show up on hard days. The willingness to lead even when no one’s watching. And the courage and inner strength it takes to stay in it for the long game, especially when life throws curveballs you never saw coming.

And my guest in this episode, Joanna Boyd,  is a powerful example of exactly that.

Joanna who is a Brisbane based buyer’s agent with over 27 years in the real estate industry. She’s also a business owner, mother, and one of the most grounded, heart led leaders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
