Welcome back psycho sista's and mista's!! It's our first episode of 2025 and we are shakin' it up!
The Psychology Sisters Unfiltered episodes are al about chit chatting the high and the lows with a psychological lens. These episodes are dedicated to the catchups, the laughs, discussing what's happening in the world and sharing a little vulnerability along the way.
First up we have our pit and peak coming into 2025: Aimee shares welcoming her baby boy into the world, little Oliver and his complicated entry after a high-risk pregnancy and spending an extended period of time in Nicu. Kat shares putting in the work with her mental health and finding her grove with motherhood and work.
We have a brand spankin' new segment: our “picks and leaves” of the week!! We have some VERY big calls here!
We share our “what I hope for you for 2025" for each other. Kat's hope for Aimee is to experience security and stability with a lot of holding support. Aimee's hope for Kat is to experience contentment and ease with self, where you are, who you are and what your doing.
What do you hope for 2025?
Let us know what you think in the comments!!
Love,
Aimee + Kat
