Eli Harwood @attachmentnerd is today's guest.  She is a mom of 3, a relationship nerd, a therapist and an author of a best selling book "Raising Securely Attached Kids".
This episode is dedicated to those "my kid is the center of my universe" parents so we can understand where we can give our kids (and ourselves) the toolkit to resilience and security, while also giving us a bit of grace in the process.

Social media has become a huge fan of our brother + sister outings, random humor and the adventures of two adult siblings.  Yes, that's us.  Frankie is my brother and he was born when I was 18 and my mom was 40.  Even though I was grossed out at the news that my mom was pregnant, when I was laser focused on enjoying my senior year in high school and my college field hockey endeavors,  it turned out that my moms "gross" pregnancy led to one of the best things that's ever happened to me.  MY LITTLE BROTHER.

Frankie lives in California and I am here in Massachusetts, so we don't always get to create content together but when we do, it's a hit.  And, when we are long distance, we are chatting about brand deals and social media growth.

I hired Renee in February of 2021 and we just finalized my divorce in January of 2024 so, needless to say, she has had a front row seat to my divorce journey and my goal is to give the gift of Renee (her insights, experiences, bad-assery) to you all. Because, strong women need strong women and that's exactly my goal today is to remind you that you ARE STRONG, YOU ARE DESERVING and YOU ARE NOT ALONE in this world that may sometimes leave you second guessing yourself.
