On this episode, Linda and Dana discuss a book Dana discovered and loved called Unreasonable Hospotality by Will Guidara.  They each share parts of the book that stuck out to them, and talk about how to integrate the lessons into their lives.  They discuss the value of seeking wise advice, praising with emotion and correcting without emotion, and how if you want your people to be there for you, you need to be there for them.  They get into letting problematic people go from your team, even if a few select people will be upset.
