Peter Toth started in the Land Business in 2017 after spending many years in corporate america. He took a land investing course over the summer and by the fall he was buying land. He just focused on the buying side at first to learn the ins and outs of getting deals. Once he started selling in 2018, he got off to a fast start by selling 10 properties in January and over 100 properties in the first full year. He has done over 100 transactions each year since then. He now runs a seven figure land business and also likes to do JV partner deals with other investors to increase revenue for both parties.
