Over the years she has helped thousands of people to make looking after their brain health a part of their daily routine. Enabling them to think more clearly and tap into the true power of their brains, including the ability to manifest.

She explains why for some people manifestation is almost second nature, while others struggle to recognise that it is even possible. Sabina and Yvonne also discuss why we all tend to focus on the negative and believe things always go wrong for us and why we have to change that habit.
