#307 Using Breathwork to Access New States of Being with Ava Johanna

In this episode, I'm talking with Ava Johanna, a 1/3 Splenic Projector, about using breath work access new states of being, calm anxiety and raise your consciousness.

I had such a lovely conversation with Ava - she shares her incredible (and slightly heartbreaking) story, how she got where she is today, and we discussed all things breathwork, how to use your breathing to reduce anxiety and get out of “fight or flight”. Ava even takes you through some breathing demonstrations right on the episode!
