It can be a delicate subject: getting feedback from other people. There are so many times when you hear feedback and opinions from people who truly have no business telling you what they think. On the flip side, we need to surround ourselves with 'truth-tellers.' These are the people in your circle (in your business) who can report to you and help you identify what's lacking or what needs improvement.

It can absolutely be difficult - I get that. That's why it is so important to stand tall and be courageous enough to hear the truth. It takes courage to hear what we don't want to hear and take it in stride, identify next steps, and avoid crumbling in the face of adversity.
