"Your life can change in an instant"

Tony Robbins said this over and over again for the past 15 years. In all honesty, I didn't understand it the first few times.

The key heartbeat in your business is the ability to implement strong strategies, put in the work and be mentally present… which means you've got to be operating at your peak. This year, I hired a personal trainer to get back into shape and improve my health. In that instant, I've changed my life (more on that in the episode).

Have YOU invested in your own health and wellness? The energy required to grow a business means you've got to take care of yourself FIRST. Find the means to build up your energy so you can be fully present for yourself, your business, and your family.

(3:49) "My fatigue was so bad during the day I didn't even want to get out of bed. I was so exhausted. I was dragging my way through appointment after appointment, struggling my way call after call. I really wasn't happy or present in anything I was doing because I was so tired."
