Kim Ades, Founder and President of the Frame of Mindset Coaching (and author and speaker) shares how by taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture, we can go from just 'doing things' to discovering what really drives us.

(3:38) "Typically poor beliefs are the number one cause of bottlenecks. That's it. So where do our beliefs get in our way? Well, let's say we want to grow our businesses. We say, 'well we can't. We have no money, we no resources, we have no people, we have no skills.' Those are all beliefs….We always want to be challenging those beliefs" -- Kim Ades

(12:20) "You are the owner of your business. You know every single nook and cranny in the business and now it's time to hand it over to someone else. Your baby. That is a tough thing to do. So there are control issues at play. There are trust issues at play. There is the feeling that 'no one can do it as well I can' at play." -- Kim Ades

(16:42) "I can't tell you how many entrepreneurs I work with that say 'I'm going to bring someone on but I have to train them and I don't have time to create a training manual or anything like that.' Well this whole concept of transferring your knowledge is so important." -- Kim Ades
