I want to take a moment to address a rumor going around in the entrepreneurial space. Many of you are having a hard time crossing that bridge from super employee to CEO. Part of that struggle is knowing when to go from outsourcing your work to building your own team.

In this episode I am pulling back the curtain on how important it is to have a team that wants the business to grow just as much as you do. Have a team ready to springboard your company, NOT a group of people duct tape something together for an hour a day. Your team is going to help you build your dream business!
