In todays episode I walk through a report I just recently found in LMN to help you see exactly how much time we spent doing un-billable tasks last year. This report was very eye opening and made me think long and hard about waste, and how we can continue to purge it from our company. We are chasing profit to use as fuel for growth, and 30% unbillable time just isn't going to get us there. I also dive into whether or not I should hire a personal driver lol. This thought can easily be torn apart by me just hiring an estimator so I don't have to spend my time doing it, but it's still a fun convo. Hope you enjoy!
