We Should Talk About Change, The Natural Evolution of Endings and Saying Goodbye to JessB

When Jess and Jess started this podcast in January 2020, there were a lot of unknowns. They had no idea how the podcast world would receive them, they had no idea that a global pandemic would shut down their studio recordings and they would have to learn how to podcast remotely, they had no idea how many interesting people they would get to interview, and they had no idea how long WeSTAT would go on.

As this episode brings Season Four to a close, it also brings Jess B's part as a co-host to We Should Talk About That to a close, as well. Jess and Jess felt it necessary to honor the spirit of WeSTAT, the work they have done in building the show, and each other, by holding space for an authentic conversation, in studio, for the first time in a long time, and the last as co-hosts.

Endings are excruciating, but sometimes, they are necessary for growth- The Two Jess(es) use this time to get vulnerable about what they mean to each other, what the show has meant for them, and where they are headed in the future.
