I know how muchyou like to hear that — but I don’t only write it because you like it — I writeit because it makes me warm all over inside to write it to you.

我知道你有多爱听我这么说，但我的表白不只是为了你爱听。我之所以写信给你，还因为这让我的内心深处充满了温情。

It is such aterribly long time since I last wrote to you — almost two years but I knowyou’ll excuse me because you understand how I am, stubborn and realistic; and Ithought there was no sense to writing.

上次给你写信已经是很久以前的事了——就快两年了，我才再次动笔，但我确信你会原谅我的，因为你了解我为人处事的方式，既固执又现实；而且在此期间，我觉得写信没什么意义。

But now I know mydarling wife that it is right to do what I have delayed in doing, and that Ihave done so much in the past. I want to tell you I love you. I want to loveyou. I always will love you.

不过，我的爱妻，如今我意识到，还是应该去做已经被我拖延了很久的事情——给你写信，况且我在已往的日子里，给你写过好多封信。我想告诉你的是，我深爱着你！我渴望去爱护你，直到永远、直到地老天荒…

I find it hard tounderstand in my mind what it means to love you after you are dead — but Istill want to comfort and take care of you — and I want you to love me and carefor me. I want to have problems to discuss with you — I want to do littleprojects with you. I never thought until just now that we can do that. Whatshould we do? We started to learn to make clothes together — or learn Chinese —or getting a movie projector. Can’t I do something now? No. I am alone withoutyou and you were the “idea-woman” and general instigator of all our wildadventures.

自从你撒手人寰以后，在我的心中难以参悟的是，对你的爱恋究竟意味着什么。但我依旧想要带给你慰籍，照顾你的起居，我也渴求得到你的爱和关怀。我想找些问题和你一起探讨，也就是说，我想和你一起做些小“项目”。我以前未曾想过，直至片刻之前才意识到，我们其实是可以如此这般地生活的。我们应该做什么呢？我们不妨从学做裁缝入手，或者学**中文，或者买台放映机在家中看电影。现在我自己就不能找点事情做吗？我做不到了——没有了你，我倍感孤独和无助。你，是我们共同拥有的所有那些无拘无束、异乎寻常、激动人心的经历的“女创意师”和总策划人。

When you were sickyou worried because you could not give me something that you wanted to andthought I needed. You needn’t have worried. Just as I told you then there wasno real need because I loved you in so many ways so much. And now it is clearlyeven more true — you can give me nothing now yet I love you so that you standin my way of loving anyone else — but I want you to stand there. You, dead, areso much better than anyone else alive.

今天，我们要为你读的是济慈的代表作Bright Star，是济慈写给女友芳妮的一首十四行诗。


在诗里，济慈采用了bright star，the moving waters，snow，love's ripening breast等意象，把关于爱情、死亡和永恒的思想融会在一起，表现了生活、死亡、爱情和理想等永恒的主题。

人生总有许多巧合，两条平行线也可能会有交汇的一天。

2014年的4月底。潇雨在中南民族大学广播台的录音棚里录下了辛波斯卡的《一见钟情》，录节目的时候，潇雨可能想不到两年后会发生什么故事，但《一见钟情》为之后的故事悄悄埋下了美好的种子….

Love at First Sight

They're bothconvinced

他们彼此深信

that a suddenpassion joined them.

是瞬间迸发的热情让他们相遇。

Such certainty isbeautiful,

这样的笃定是美丽的，

but uncertainty ismore beautiful still

但变化无常更是美丽。

Since they'd nevermet before, they're sure

既然从未见过面，所以他们确定

that there'd beennothing between them.

彼此并无任何瓜葛。

But what's theword from the streets, staircases, hallways—

但是听听自街道、楼梯、走廊传出的话语——

perhaps they'vepassed each other a million times?

他俩或许擦肩而过一百万次了吧？

I want to ask them

我想问他们

if they don't remember—

是否记不得了——

a moment face toface in some revolving door.

在旋转门面对面那一刻？

Perhaps a"sorry" muttered in a crowd?

或者在人群中喃喃说出的「对不起」？

A curt "wrongnumber" caught in the receiver?

或者在听筒截获的唐突的「打错了」？

But I know theanswer.

然而我早知他们的答案。

No, they don'tremember

是的，他们记不得了。

They'd be amazedto hear

他们会感到诧异，倘若得知

that chance hasbeen toying with them

缘分已玩弄他们

now for years.

多年。

Not quite readyyet

时机尚未成熟

to become theirdestiny,

还不能成为他们命运，

it pushed themclose, drove them apart,

缘分将他们推近又驱离，

it barred theirpath, stifling a laugh,

阻挡他们的去路，憋住笑声

and then leapedaside.

然後闪到一边。

There were signsand signals,

有一些迹象和信号存在，

even if theycouldn't read them yet.

即使他们尚无法解读。

Perhaps threeyears ago

也许在三年前

or just lastTuesday

又或者就在上个星期二

a certain leaffluttered

有某片叶子飘舞於

from one shoulderto another?

肩与肩之间？

Something wasdropped and then picked up.

有东西掉了又捡了起来？

Who knows, maybethe ball that vanished into childhood's thicket?

天晓得，也许是那个消失於童年灌木丛中的球？

There weredoorknobs and doorbells where one touch had covered another beforehand.

还有已被触摸千百遍的门把和门铃。

Suitcases checkedand standing side by side.

检查完毕後并排放置的手提箱。

One night,perhaps, the same dream,

有一晚，也许做了同样的梦，

grown hazy bymorning.

到了早晨又都变得模糊。

Every beginning

每个开始

is only a sequel,after all,

毕竟都只是续篇，

and the book ofevents

而充满情节的书本

is always openhalfway through.

总是从一半开始看起。

2016年4月的北京，同样在经历短暂的春天，也即将迎来炎热的夏天。潇雨从湖南来到北京，Wilson从成都来到北京，和永清，筱思度过了一个美好的清明假期。这是两年来潇雨和永清，筱思，Wilson的第一次见面，却像老朋友一样没有违和感。

从国家大剧院的音乐会开始，到火锅，再到自己买菜去永清家做饭，最后以长长的聊天结束。聊了工作、聊了节目，聊了又大又远的未来、也聊了又小又近的现实。《一见钟情》，注定了《种种可能》。
