Lena Papadopoulos was in love, her year long relationship had seen her plan to move in with her boyfriend, and even meet his family, however, something wasn't right. Constant 'work trips', always changing plans, gaslighting, and emotional manipulation had Lena second guessing her own sanity. Ultimately she chose to listen to her instincts, and started to do a little digging. What transpires through this episode is nothing short of a Netflix true crime documentary. This Episode uncovers the truth behind a covert narcissist living multiple lives around the world! Thank you for your strength Lena, it's not easy to discuss such raw feelings of betrayal, anger and hurt, but Lena has turned these feelings into strength and pride in herself. Lena wants to tell her story to help others to trust their bodies, to trust their instinct. This episode is literally unbelievable.

Rachel Isabela grew up with an emotionally absent father. By 12 years old, her father just wasn't interested in her, and even had her wondering if he even liked her at all. In this fascinating episode, Rachel explains how the absence of her father's love left her feeling rejected and worthless, and played a huge role in her future relationships. Seeking validation and acceptance would result in Rachel getting involved with an abusive partner, and stuck in a relationship she just didn't know how to escape from. Rachel was able to leave and she is here to tell her story, her findings, and help empower others to regain control and understand how past traumas are affecting their lives today. Its amazing!

In 2018, Heather and her Family had her entire world flipped upside down when her brother was murdered. He wasn't in a bad crowd, and certainly he wasn't into any criminal activity. Tragically, he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time, staying with his girlfriend, when an angry Ex of hers, decided he wanted her dead. Heather takes us though the events of that tragic day, the aftermath, and the slow rebuilding of a broken family. It's a simply amazing story of courage and hope. Thank you Heather!

Eric Bauberger has the most amazing story of a total re-assessing of his life, which all came about as a result of his Sister's overdose. Formerly a personal trainer, Eric was living in constant stress and moving at 100mph. His life was turned upside down one day when a phone call would lead him to his sisters bedside at hospital, where she was fighting for her life. Eric describes a sort of epiphany and total calming of all his senses, and there began, in that moment, a complete repurposing of everything he was about. We could have listened to Eric for hours, as he discusses meditation and total peace of mind.. yes please Eric!

Kyle is alive and well and joins co-host Luke for this 'after thoughts' episode, following on from Katie's Story which was a really brave and courageous story. Katie is blind, and faces discrimination to a degree, but nothing compares to her nightmare boss during a 10 month spell at a toxic company. Luke and Kyle get a little of track in this quick summary episode, and in fact at one point Kyle starts talking about Jesus, lo.. Hold on tight folks. Thank you Katie!
