You would assume that after however many years of human history that women would, with profound understanding, be familiar with each minute detail of their menstrual cycle. However, whilst that may have previously been the case, the modern world which is absolutely loaded with toxic diets, hormone filled meat, stress for days and synthetic hormonal manipulation with the aim of preventing natural pregnancy - the pill, the Mirena coil, the Implanon - has resulted in a myriad of symptoms, illnesses and disease that are deemed "normal" in our modern society.
