Our fears about weight gain (and our desire to lose weight) often stem from a much deeper place than we realize. We assume it's about appearance or health, when really it's about deeper fears and desires that we have as human beings. Being able to get curious and explore these things is key for making peace with our bodies and learning to accept ourselves at our natural weight.

In this episode I'm going to walk you through some mindset shifts when it comes to how you view your body, as well as a different way to think about weight and health.

Then we are going to peel back the layers to get curious about what you are REALLY truly afraid of deep down when you worry about weight gain (and the answers might surprise you). I'm even going to give you a little bit of homework in this episode to help you apply all of this in your own life. Sound good? Ready to dive in? Let's go!
